DEAR READER | ||
Did you know that PFI has also been authorised as a certification body according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® since January 2018? This means that PFI can now offer footwear manufacturers one-stop testing of leather and textiles. The PFI subsidiary ISC Germany has had a new Managing Director since June. You can get to know him in the Interview published in this Newsletter. Let me take this opportunity to make mention of the forthcoming ISC course «Sustainability Manager for the Textile, Leather Goods, and Footwear Industry». It will be held in German and is due to start in September at ISC (please contact us for information on English courses). Immediate registration is recommended to secure a place! Wishing you an enjoyable read, Dr. Kerstin Schulte P.S.: The PFI Newsletter clearly also has to concern itself with the topic of GDPR. Fortunately, that proves to be a simple matter: The PFI Newsletter is a cost-free bilingual service for PFI members and clients. The e-mail addresses of recipients are securely stored and cannot be viewed or used by third parties. Further information is available here. | ||
